Hi Margaret, 1) If you're trying to bind to a low port (<1024), you need administrator privileges, are you sure you're running handle server as administrator? 2) There may be a mismatch between the IP your computer has and it's DNS name. Make sure you're listing the public IP address of your machine in config.dct. That's all I can think of right now.
