Hi Miguel, please, always state your DSpace version, interface and XMLUI theme so that we don't have to guess. I XMLUI you can use the "wildcard policy admin tool" when you log in as administrator and select "Authorizations" from the "Administrative" menu. It operates on collections, though (not on an arbitrary set of items).
