The only difference I can see is that you used the DiscoverySearchFilterFacet class, while the documentation tells you to use the DiscoverySearchFilter class. Try changing that. Also try running update-discovery-index after changing the configuration, although I don't think that's necessary. I'm in fact using DiscoverySearchFilterFacet myself, but my search filters are also facets and I'm using XMLUI.
