I learned this the hard way. You will need to contact handle.net to re-generate a new sitebundle.zip for your site. handle.net does not rely on DNS names and uses the IP address of the machine. So either keep the same IP of the current machine if you are going to do this as you describe above. Or contact them with the IP address of the new machine.
