Dear Dspace Team,
I have started handle server and more handle prefix or URI are not accessible
on our dspace site, I did killed handle server process and started the server
up again but the same continues, please see attached screenshot, I am not
certain as to why few handles are linked and others not.
This handle don't work : http://hdl.handle.net/10539/12376
and this one works on same server : http://hdl.handle.net/10539/12373
any suggestion is appreciated
