Hi, You can set the metadata of the item to be accessible by anonymous user. Edit the item and check its authorizations. In xmlui, you can access it after clicking the "Edit this item", and then under the tab "Item Status", there is a button there named "Authorizations". From there, you can change the policies of the item or its bitstream.
You can also set the policies in a collection level by using the policy wildcard tool which can be found under the "Administrative" section of the sidebar. Click the "Authorizations" link.
