[dspam-dev] Quarantine method="post"

With the new shift-click multiple row-selection, it is possible to 
select many messages.  At 300 or so, one hits apache's default URL 
length limit ("Request-URI Too Large.  The requested URL's length 
exceeds the capacity limit for this server.")


The fix is really easy:
