Via Pathfinder:

QRZ & Buckmaster shows that KI0SO IS A35CT.

 

QRZ shows his CO address under the A35 call.

 

The IK3QAR database also shows the route for A35CT as via KI0SO.  And several notes from users that many have sent cards since February of this year but not yet received anything back.  Some of the comments aren't very nice.

 

DXINFO DB show an address in Tonga, but that was updated in 2002.  It may no longer be accurate.

 

QSLINFO,DE shows the 1993 address as that same PO box in Tonga, and KI0SO as of August of last year.

 

Not sure what else to tell you.  The good news is that you're on the right track.  The bad news... well, you may have some more waiting to do.
