re: JT cards. It's a crap shoot. Sometimes you get answered and other times not. It takes ma an average of 3 tries for each JT QSL received. I know they answer QSLs if they receive them BUT I believe it's the mail thiefs that are the problem in JT-land (similar to Russia now)!
