[DX-NEWS] DX pwr and rigs

When u hear a DX station announce his rig type, power, and antenna he is 
running at the moment, pse be aware that in many places around the globe, it 
is not advisable to announce one's power output, some radio models, or even 
antenna type    due to local restrictions/or questions about same (including 
ERP).

Just say "roger" and take your requisite grain of salt in hand  (and your 
compassion)  ..... 73,
