We all know that there are some people who just don't reply to QSL cards. Over the years and through conversation we learn who they are. Is there a way to mark these callsigns in some way as "Don't bother to send a QSL"? It would make it easy to run reports for labels and make it so you don't see the callsign when trying to determine valid qsos for awards.
