I have a new Windows XP system. I installed a SIIG Cyber PCI I/O card to give me an extra LPT and two extra COM ports.
The additional LPT port is LPT3. When I configure DX4WIN (Version 6.02) to send CW over LPT3, DX4WIN says "Cannot find LPT3 for keying." I see that LPT3 is installed by looking at the Device Manager ports. I also tried attaching a spare printer (an HP laserjet 5L) to LPT3. Windows XP added the printer and it prints OK. What does DX4WIN need to find LPT3? Paul Ferguson K5ESW
