I have worked this guy on just about every band that I have antennas for. In DX4WIN, it is reporting that he is from France (F), and he is actually from Guadeloupe (FG).
I have been using the prefix to override the F, but I thought that I read somewhere that someone keeps an up-to-date listing of these kinds of things. Can some kind soul point me to the right URL for this. Thanks! 73 DE AI3W, Rick
