Importing from a ver 8 DXQ file truncates the mode to 5 characters. This precludes cleaning up data in an editor, sometimes necessary with the conversion... so it is a semi-serious bug but should be easy to fix.
Work-around... not tried yet: re-export to ADIF and fix broken modes with an editor.
