Hi, I mean the voice announcements come thru my external speakers. I can control the volume like audio is normally done. Here the thing if I choose CW announce in preferences, the CW sound, incoming spot announcement, is only via the small uncontrolled internal computer speaker. This was (still is???) the case. I was told that .wav files have to be written to the software. 73,de Bernie/WO2N.> >> ----- Original Message ----- >> From: "Larry Gauthier (K8UT)" <k...@k8ut.com> >> To: "wo2n" <w...@att.net>; <dx4win@mailman.qth.net> >> Sent: Friday, November 20, 2009 5:07 PM >> Subject: Re: [Dx4win] New Versions & CW >> >> >>> Bernie, >>> >>> Not sure what you are asking... >>> >>> DX4Win has always announced phone, CW, and RTTY spots via the external >>> speakers on my PC.
