So, file this one under "bug report"?

While I'm at it, here are my two wishes for Paul to consider:

- keep Special Keys and Contest Mode enabled after program restart

- LoTW update: on import, put the "Import:" discrepancy messages into 
the QSO Notes only for the QSOs not already LoTW confirmed in order to 
avoid having to browse through dozens of QSOs that people uploaded 
incorrect zones for, over and over again every time I do a LoTW 
download/import (such as PY0FF who insists he's somehow in CQ zone 13)
