If you put the "-tcp=local.tcp" switch where "local.tcp" can be any file
name, it will prepend this file during update to the DX4WIN.tcp.  I have a
few TCP addresses I like always at the top and this puts them there at the
update time.

Read the whole help page on the updater.  Quite powerful when you get it
set-up the way you want it.

Go to dx4win>save directory.
Open dx4win.tcp with notepad and edit it. Put you preffered node at the top
and save it.
