Once the submitted flags are set, do an F8 search for DXCC BAND submitted flag, then export to ADIF, when it asks you whether to use current filter, answer YES. Do the same for DXCC MODE and DXCC MIXED submitted flags. You'll end up with three files. Those are the ones you upload.
