Please correct me if I am wrong but in my setup the RAC CD (Flying Horse
CDRom) setup will only provide this data to USA calls. I do this by clicking
on the UPDATE QSO button in the CALLSIGN/MGR LOOKUP (F3) window as Jim
stated. On most DX stations the UPDATE QSO button is grayed out. But with
some DX stations the button seems to be active (J5NAR, ZB2FK, J88DR, are
recent examples in my log) but there is no info in the GRID box and when you
click on UPDATE QSO nothing happens.

I use the RAC data I downloaded/installed from the CD in C:\Program Files
(x86)\Radio Amateur Callbook (where the RAC wanted to be downloaded by
default. Previously I had just used C:\RAC but my latest version, Winter
2013, refused to work from there. I kept getting error messages during my
install. Letting it install into C:\Program Files (x86)\Radio Amateur
Callbook where the install program wanted it to go let it install OK.

If there is a way to do this also with DX stations plse let me know.

Radio Amateur Callbook ("Flying Horse") works best with DX4WIN. It can
populate State, Country, Drid and Name by clicking on a button in the
Callsign/Mgr Lookup (F3) window. As far as I know, it's the only one that
can do that.
