This has already discussed but may help some new users.
The problem - When using label sheet with several labels, say, 10 rows
and 3
columns, a bit of "print creep" from the first to the last label on a
sheet is noticed.
The cause - The label settings do attribute the same value to both label
height and vertical pitch; the latter is the vertical distance between
two labels. Looking careful to the label sheet a small difference,
larger than zero, between the rows. In a 10 rows sheet this small value
is multiplied by 9 creeping the last row over 2 millimeters .
The solution - Just increase vertical pitch a bit, say, make it larger
than label height.
Below is my settings for 5160 label sheet:
Number across: 3;
Number down: 10;
Label width: 66,67mm (2,625");
Label height: 25,40mm (1,000");
Horizontal pitch: 69,85mm (2,750");
Vertical pitch: 25,64mm (1,009");
Spacing left: 4,78mm (0,188");
Spacing top: 12,70mm (0,500");
Horizontal Shift: 3,00mm (0,118");
Vertical Shift: 1,00mm (0,139");
Besides I use Consolas font 9 for callsign and 8 for the body. This font
is zero slashed and looks nice.
I hope it may help anyone.
