Good afternoon: I am reactivating on HF after about 10 years off, so I am setting up DX4WIN on my Win-7 computer. The packetcluster connection does not weem to be working. I've set tcp/ip as the port, and tried selecting both Web and Telnet services from the file. No joy. Do I need other protocol settings? Change something in my firewall or my WiiFi?
