After going to help - update for ver 9.02, DX4WIN froze. I cannot start it, even going into the main file and trying all the .exe files. However, it does state that I can start to install the program, but since it was already working, that seems redundant. I got a note from Win 10 saying that
C:\Amateur Radio\dx4w901\dx4win.exe - Windows cannot access the specified device path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the file. I am the administrator for the computer and I assume I am still "expert" in DX4WIN. Basically ver. 9.01 seems to have been working properly since the initial download. Any ideas?
