Thank you Uli, My question came from my contact with DK200MARX, who gave me a DOK (DLD) of 200KM, which is listed in your referenced excel .csv file. My confusion came from the difference between regular DOK's with a LNN and the special DOK's with a different numbering system. The DX4WIN logger tracks only the LNN DOK's. I know it would be very difficult for Jim AD1C to keep up with the special DOK's so when I work one I add a note in my NOTES FOR THIS QSO for a special DOK. I only have a couple Special DOK's so there is no problem for me to track them separately.
Maybe you could ask more DL OPS to show their DOK number on QRZ.COM. I have 996 unique DL calls in my log but only 106 of these show their DOK number on QRZ.COM. That makes it difficult to qualify for the DARC DOK Award. 73 Alan K7ACZ -----Original Message----- From: sdok [mailto:s...@darc.de] Sent: Saturday, February 10, 2018 4:54 AM To: Jim Reisert AD1C; Alan Zack Cc: DX4WIN Reflector Subject: Re: New DOK number Hi YLs and OMs, in Germany we have two kinds of DOKs 1: Standard DOK which have always one letter an two numbers. The format is LNN. The letter stands for the district and the numbers run from 01 to (thoretical) 99. 2nd: Special DOKs which are divided in several subgroups: 2.1: personal SDOKs for 2.1.1: our mebers of the board; they have VO these SDOKs are temporary unlimited till the owner leaves the board, then the SDOK ends 2.1.2: the chairmen of any district (and his deupties); they have DVx, where x means the letter of the district (see also 1.) these SDOKs are temporary unlimited till the owner leaves the position, then the SDOK ends 2.2: Special DOKs for Special Event Stations these DOKs are only valid for so called club stations, which have to be registrated at DARC members database 2.2.1: time unlimited DOKSs for SES they are used for several special groups inside DARC, for examples for YLs or YLs of an district, other, temporary independend activity groups 2.2.2: time limited DOKSs for SES they are limited between two weeks and one year. They are used for examples for Fairs, Aniversaries of Cities, Clubs, Districts, VIPs and so on In general, since 29.04.2012 the length of SDOKs is limited to six characters and/or numbers (german special characters are allowed, but till now only used one time). Older SDOKs have been long (and sometimes very complicated). At the moment I have knowledge from a 11 characters long SDOK, but I'm not shure, that this is the longest The lists of SDOKs will be updated once per month at the end of the old or beginning of the new month. There is an CSV file, containing all SDOKs ever. The URL is https://www.darc.de/fileadmin/filemounts/gs/SDOK/SDOK_List.csv Access should be possible without login into DARC's website. I hope I could inform you a little bit about the structure of german special DOK. 73 es 55 de Uli, DD9NT Sachbearbeiter Sonder-DOK/administrator special DOK https://www.darc.de/funkbetrieb/sonder-doks/ Am 09.02.2018 um 04:22 schrieb Jim Reisert AD1C: > You need to merge the DOK and SDOK awards, so the [SDOK] part goes > away leaving just [DLD]. > > The problem is they are not adjacent in the file, I need to fix that. > Give me a couple of days. > > > > On Thu, Feb 8, 2018 at 8:15 PM, Alan Zack <k7...@cox.net> wrote: >> Hello Jim, >> >> VERY VERY LOW PRIORITY! >> >> I tried this shortly after I rcv'd ur email but no joy. >> I just tried again and still no joy. >> I am at DX4WIN ver 9.0.4.1176 so shud have all the latest >> revisions/databases. >> >> When I run Check Custom Awards I get the following warning for DK200MARX : >> >> AWDERR: Awd=DLD AwdV= Msg=Award value is empty|Special-DOK: 2ØØKM >> >> My DLD list shows A01-Z94 by numbers or by name G01 Aachew to M21 >> Utersen.
