CW frequency cutoff is available in preferences and can be set to your
needs, then SSB starts 
Digital is not possible because there is no specific allocation for it.
Example 20M - 14000 <> 14150 = CW, 14150 <>14350 = SSB
+/- in the middle of CW are all the digital modes, if someone starts cqing
in CW on 14074 
He can't be flamed because he is not doing something wrong. Everybody
accepted digital
Mode between +/- 14070 and 14100 but it is no rule, check it out when there
is a major contest.
A worse example is 40M,  7038 for rtty/digital (cw part) and 7074 for
rtty/digital (ssb part)

Am I the only one that is missing an expansion of user settings regarding
CW/SSB/DIGI frequency cut off. 

Would be nice if one could define a frequency span (start/stop) for example
DIGI.
