Another way is to create a group using a date filter. Go to Filter, Selection and then add a new group.. For example, you can have a group named 2006. When you create a group for 2006, then you can run reports and see just your totals for that year. After clicking Filter, Selection, hit F1 for a detailed help page on how to setup the group using the date filter.
