For one thing,
their customer service SUCKS!
For another, they
knowingly allow hackers to steal money from their clients accounts and do
NOTHING to stop it.
I personally
know 3 people who have had large amounts of money stolen from their
accounts by hackers, which was reported immediately. It took egold's "service"
dept DAYS to respond to email, phone and fax pleas for assistance. Just enough
time it seems to allow the hackers to move the money out of the system before it
could be traced and returned to its proper owner.
One friend lost
over $8000 another almost $30,000 all because egold wasn't around to answer the
phone. And once in contact with these unfortunate egold account holders,
admitted to knowing who the hackers are and refusing to aid in any way
possible.
Other than that
little "flaw" egold is just wonderful.
