These savings will be passed back to the clientele of both companies in the form of better exchange rates, expanded products and services, and increased customer service availability for all customers. Additionally, the partnership allows for clients to better purchase from a local business for their respective location saving bank wire fees, intermediary bank fees, currency conversions and drastically improving funding timeframes. 1. All Australian & New Zealand clients will now be able to pay for their gold by direct wire, online transactions, cash or cheque to a Australian bank account resulting in NO bank fees added to the cost of your order by Gaithmans Gold Nation, Inc or Gold Today. 2. Australian and New Zealand residents will also be able to take advantage of the new reduced rate for funding which is a flat 5% (Technocash transactions will remain at 7% due to the extra costs involved). EZCMoney will still be accessible through the gold- today site but the fee is reduced to 5% ON THE CLEARED FUNDS in the bank. EZCMoney orders, verified by Gold Today and processed by Gaithmans Gold Nation, Inc., will continue to be ordered on the Gold Today site but transacted with and funded by Gaithmans Gold Nation, Inc. 3. All gold accounts will be funded within 24 hours of the funds clearing in the respective nominated Australian (Gold Today) or United States (Gaithmans) business bank account. Gold accounts will be funded *after* funds have cleared the business account of the company which will provide funding. There will be no advances, loans, or exceptions made to this policy by either company. 4. Out-exchanges will continue to be performed by Gold Today to Australian & NZ Residents. Gaithmans will now fill all US and international outexchange orders. Both companies will currently pay you 1-to-1 for e-gold, SR currency,OSGold, and e-Bullion OutExchange transactions. There will be a 1% service fee applied to all outexchanges when payment is requested by bank wire transfer. Additionally, the cost of the electronic transfer will be deducted from the outgoing payment amount. *** Neither Gaithmans nor Gold Today are responsible for intermediary or correspndent bank fees nor delays caused by such banks during international electronic transfers. While there is no minimum or maximum transaction amount for either company, a minimum $2.00 USD service fee for all transactions is charged. Spends to the accounts of Gaithmans Gold Nation, Inc. for amounts more than $1,000.00 (one thousand USD ) and to the accounts of Gold Today for more than 500AUD (five hundred AUD), (equivalents of *any* currency), must be *pre-approved* by the offices of the company from which you are requesting the transaction. Please contact the appropriate Administration *before* making a spend to any of our accounts for an amount over $1,000.00 for Gaithmans and 500AUD for Gold Today. Any transaction attempted over the aforementioned limits without preapproval will be returned unprocessed. 5.
