As from today,05/29/02, we are charging a 5% fee, PLUS $10, for ALL OSGold redemptions, EX and DB orders. The reason is simple. All the other GBC/DC's have "backed" their ecurrencies with at least cash. Meaning, that whenever we need to cash out for business reasons, we can normally do this very easily and quickly. However, OSGold admin have been dragging their feet in redeeming cash to us, so that we can not fund our customers bank accounts, debit cards, or other ecurrencies, as they prefer, within the time frame that we normally operate in. As a result, we have had & still have serious funding delays, as OSGold management have delayed paying us. We have also suspended accepting www.GoldPay.St orders using OSGold as a funding method. We are confident that OSGold is a viable ecurrency, but until OSGold admin stop fumbling the financial ball, we will have continued delays. I'm sure that this situation will be rectified within 30 days. Further, we take no responsibility for any OSGold funds that have been spent to us in good faith, where we cannot either get the OSGold returned to the "owner" of that OSGold, or a cash redemption from OSGold management, for the equivalent amount in either cash or acceptable other ecurrency.
