You may be correct about the Goldfinger Coin & Bullion though I think they couldn't really be considered an "exchanger" in the sense Robert indicated, their main business has always been "Coin & Bullion".
Goldfingercoin.com was the largest e-gold exchanger in 1999 and 2000, I seem to recall. You could look it up.
