Monthly billing would be easy. For example, http://101574-USD10.e-gold.com asks for ten bucks US worth of e-gold ( http://sci.e-gold.com has an interface for you to make such URLs). It's easy to send a link to someone every month. What's hard is providing a site/service that makes customers WANT to click a link in an email from you every single month, because (unlike credit cards) inertia is not a merchant's friend with e-gold.
