For the MAINTAINERS file:
Apparently OKI has changed to LAPIS, so okisemi.com -> lapis-semi.com.
And someone pointed me to its home on sourceforge at
https://sourceforge.net/projects/ml7213/

Thanks guys,
Andy

IIRC, the pch_gbe driver was derived from the Intel e1000e driver and
written by (and should be maintained by) folks from Oki Semiconductor
and
others; apparently someone needs to update the ./MAINTAINERS file.
There
is no driver from Intel supporting that device that I am aware of. I
recommend you post your issues on the netdev mailing list or perhaps try
some names/addresses of early submitters of the driver code:

Author: RongQing.Li <[email protected]>
Author: Takahiro Shimizu <[email protected]>
Author: Tomoya <[email protected]>
Author: Toshiharu Okada <[email protected]>

Bruce.
