Hi all,

For the upcoming 5.1.0 release, the alpha1 builds are now available on
pre-releases. These builds will have a prefix of:
LibreOfficeDev_5.1.0.0.alpha1.

These builds are built in dev-configuration, so installation will not
overwrite any previous release versions of LibreOffice.

Grab your builds from here:
http://dev-builds.libreoffice.org/pre-releases/

The list of fixed bugs relative to 5.0.3 is here:
http://dev-builds.libreoffice.org/pre-releases/src/bugs-changelog-master-release-5.1.0.0.alpha1.log

For the complete schedule of the 5.1.0 release, see:
https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/ReleasePlan/5.1#5.1.0_release

We greatly appreciate any help in identifying new bugs in this alpha1,
as well as validation that issues marked resolved in master since the
5.0 branch point are completely fixed.

<SHAMELESS PLUG>
The BugHunting Session for 5.1 will start exactly one week from now.
As experienced testers, please invite people to join you -- and us! --
for 3 days of testing and general shakedown of this alpha1 build. The
more we prod, poke, shake, rattle, and roll these things now, the
better results we'll get :-)

Here's the wiki page for the event.

QA Mentors:
If you can help guide people on IRC, please add your name and the
days/rough times you can be available to the #Mentors section on the
wiki page. You the real MVP!

Cheers,
--R
