I have just installed (another) ebox server and I am quite annoyed with one or two things. Here is one: when you create a usergroup in filesharing (I use the box as a PDC) you can create a common file share for them. Good.
but the problem is that the user rights on said share are too restrictive. I want the users by default to have full rights on create, delete etc on the share, not "create but only the creator can delete a file". If I want some files restricted I can save them elsewhere, like in a separate group share or whatever. Now I have to create a subdir and give that one full permissions and then put all shared files below the new directory. Unnecessary step I think.
