Victor, I've actually been developing on top of 3.3 for a while now and haven't noticed a problem. With that said, can you please create a bug on Sourceforge with as much detail as you can about the circumstances? Obviously with 3.3 out now, it is going to be important that EclipseME is working correctly on top of that.
When you create the bug report, please consider using the information for the new build console (http://eclipseme.org/docs/buildingRef.html) to see if you can provide more detailed information that may help out.
