As Omry does not want it to be on the mailinglist, here a direct answer
with CC on the eclipseme-mailinglist.

You can choose the version to use in eclipse.

Help->Software Upgrades->Manage Installation

There you have to expand the tabs until you find EclipseME. Choose
"Replace with another version".
