Hello Craig,

the file:// is not appended in the Jar-File, but while configuring the 
run-task. If you choose Jad-URL there, then a file:/ is prepended. It is 
possible to delete this prefix, then it works.

I am on vacation, but i will take a look and describe it better if i am 
back in office.
