Turn on your radio and tv wherever you are and see if the US media, the politicians on in the offices of the socalled US government (or even enough of the protest marchers in DC) are saying one or more Good Words about the global lessons learned from the 4/21 French Presidential election so important to Gender Parite, and its results, on the next day, Earth Day, 4/22(2x2)/2002, whose calendar date is an spiritandnature-given advertisement for the imporatance of the genders multiplying ther power of their intelliegence together for a New Millennium of Gender Equality in Mutuality and Decision-Making if the Earth is to survive and thrive. Hiding news of the election for months, the media will now likely loudly trumpet/agonize over the success of Le Pen, a far right candidate, and conservative candidate Chirac over Jospin and Laguiller. We are being told than an unexpected far right candidate has won over the expected major liberal candidate, Jospin, leaving only the ultra conservative Le Pen and conservative Chirac in the running. But, Le Pen amd Chirac win only among the ignorant in a world kept divided by ignorance. Wiser observers know that no matter what results are being offered by the world-divisive media which kept Jospin's efforts a secret from the American public, it is Jospin and his wife Agacinski's pen, in Parite which is now discussed widely on the Internet, and the minds and hearts of those most aware, which have already won.
It is Le New Millennial Pen, Le Internet of authoress Agacinski and others like her, and the full partnership of men and women together, that is far mightier than Chirac and the regressed and old world Le Pen (who despite his name stands for gender imbalance and therefore ignorance, not truth; his truth is of the old communication device in isolation, not the pen of Agacinski's internet) that will be the future of our earth. Agacinski's and the words of other thinking women and men is Le Pen of the Human Present and Future, and has already led to a Global Declaration of Gender Balanced Government that has been seen everywhere on the Internet. No old men can stop this trend in any nation, anywhere, unless they wish to undo themselves and their own credibility to the entire word in the attempt! Globally speaking, Jospin and his wife partner has already won.
The geopolitically instructive election concerned those who brought and want to sustain the gift of gender parite (50-50 male/female officeholders for representation) and are critically important to the future of human rights in the European Union, which will affect the US, Asia, Africa and the Whole World. Find out about Prime MInister Candidate Lionel Jospin and his wife, Sylvianne Agacinski, authoress of gender parite; thought third running woman candidate Arlette Laguiller, and other major Candidate Chirac, a Conservative whose committment to human rights and liberal values (and parite itself?) may be less than optimal, and who may attempt to collude with D'Estaing of the EU Convention against gender equality, unless they are watched by wise women and men on both sides of the Atlantic, such as Anna Karamanou of the EU Parliament, and Anders Johnsson and Najam Heptulla of the Gender Balance Groups of the Interparliamentary Union, the most important world liason/counterpart to the UN.

The French obtained 50-50 male and female officeholders in all city
and county level offices in March 2001, but it wasn't reported by misogynist US media or talked about by US men and token women politicians at all! Parite was implemented under the efforts of current April 21st Presidential Candidate Prime Minister Lionel Jospin and his wife, Philosophy of Government Professor Sylvianne Agacinski, who want a more liberal and human rights oriented European Union. Jacques Chirac, current President and his wife Bernadette are Conservatives who, as politicians will, gave pragmatic support to Gender Parite, but would Chirac keep as strong support of it if elected on April 21? Parite is supposed to phase into the French National Assembly (Congress Elections in June, but if Chirac were elected President in April, would it, or how long would it be supported? Third running candidate was a woman, Arlette Laguiller, and yet, suddently, we are 'told' the regressed Le Pen has upset
Jospin and Leguiller, so that Le Pen and Chirac will battle with each other officially. The election may face a second round run off. Whatever happens in France, billions of men and women around the world now agree and have declared that if it isn't gender representative and humanly affirmative, it just isn't government, whereever in the world! Government that represents both genders well is the only real government! In a world of a male dominated media, neither Le Pen's nor Chirac's nor certain other fellows of certain parties the other side of the Atlantic are really elected. On this planet, thinking people, all know this by now.
