Look under "Tools -> Account Settings -> Local Folders -> Local Directory" and the directory will be listed. Your folders will appear as files inside this directory. Each file (folder) is a concattenated list of your emails. You may have to turn on "View Hidden Files and Folders" inside explorer to see them.
