Yes, I have something similar to this, with a macro for "ML000;" assigned to 
PF1 and another macro for "ML020;" assigned to PF2.  The problem is that it's 
taking two keys (one to turn monitor on, another to turn it off.)  I'd like a 
single command to "toggle" it.... so if its currently on (non-zero), the 
command will turn the monitor off, and if its currently off, that same command 
will turn it back on.  This would allow me to program that single command to a 
single key to toggle the state of the monitor.
