Fred, Those are the same parts I had with my KSB2. The "CTSK 045161473" is called out in the parts list as "61473" for RP5. The '6X-2-202 B02242" part I used for RP3, trusting that the only part left was the correct part.
The KDSB seems to work, but I've never used one before, so what do I know. I'll watch this space for further info...
