It's from an 80's era movie called "Gotcha!" https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0089222/ It was the code phrase set up between the main characters to tell one of them to get out of East Berlin right away. It's a fun little movie that was supposed to make a paintball "Assassin" game popular, but that part utterly failed.
