Hi Hans We need more information.
If you are using the remote client, there are a few things to set up. First, the local software needs to be running on the PC that the AMP is connected to Have a look at the Port Number that the KPA500 software is listening on. The default should work ok. Now, run the same software on the remote PC and when you start it up, you need specify the IP address and the port of the remote PC. If you have a VPN setup, that is great. If not, then you need to do a port forward through your router and you need to know the IP address of your Router. This is pretty high level and I do not know your network expertise. If you understand all I wrote, then you will know what to do. If not, then you will need a bunch more details from us. It does work as I have used it for years like that.
