Yep, service is still good. I sent out one of my K3's for a going over to make sure it met factory standards and was up to date with mods before I sell it since I now have a K4D. Priority mailed it on 5/18. Got an email yesterday with the report and invoice that it is ready to ship back. Fast service!N2TK, Tony
