Hi 10 meters has been "open" through Europe for some time and occasionnally as far as South America : yestesday, at 18 h UTC, a couple of PY stations were coming in with decent signals, around 56 to 58. Called them with my K2 and 10 watts (antenna : 6 el log yagi) but no reply and eventually got them with 80 watts on the IC 751.
