The best thing to do is just to listen to the guy for a while. He is repeating the same thing over and over -- especially in this contest -- and ultimately you will get it. This is good practice; after a while you get used to it and will be able to get the calls and zone the first or second time.

It's a lot harder to copy traffic at high speed than to pick out a call that is being sent over and over.
