Many things could cause it. For example, I sometimes get very bad slowdowns unless I do make bootstrap on my Emacs master build. I conclude that cleaning .eln files, especially outside the Org git repo folder, is not something we need. (until there is an evidence that we do need such a cleanup) I think that we can still keep make native exclusively for the purposes of testing native compilation in case if it behaves funnily. Canceled. I only committed the changes to make help output. https://git.savannah.gnu.org/cgit/emacs/org-mode.git/commit/?id=67a8117ca -- Ihor Radchenko // yantar92, Org mode contributor, Learn more about Org mode at <https://orgmode.org/>.
