Announcement: moving Tramp to SourceForge

I'd like to move Tramp to SourceForge in the foreseeable future.
There are going to be changes to our network (firewall installation)
which will make it more difficult to allow others access.

Those of you who help develop Tramp might wish to register at
SourceForge so that you continue to have access to the CVS server.

I hope this wasn't a horrible idea,
