Hi Daniel,
server side directories for Jemboss jobs on the server now appear to be created under the path that is a concatenation of paths "results.home" and "embossBin" in jemboss.properties.
I just checked that I have the same problem in my Jemboss jobs folder. this should be easy to fix. I will return soon.
