If it's not too much trouble I would support adding the package.
I don't think QT is going to be a big problem.
There are several work arounds that I can think of.
I would think the distributions will work something out quickly enough as QT is 
used alot.

GladeVCP and Gscreen development rely on the Glade editor, but a
compatible version is not trivial to obtain on Buster.

Should we consider providing a Glade 3.8.6 deb package (Like we did
for Wheezy) or should we decide that Glade / Gscreen is a dead end and
switch to QT[1]
