No, not easily. The scripts for building the kernel do some complicated things, and I'm not sure how to get things to the state where you can just build one kernel module from the kernel source distribution--all I am familiar with is how to build the whole kernel, or how to build modules that are designed to be built standalone using the kernel-headers package.
